Melissa Baez
Founder & CEO
Melissa Baez is the Founder and CEO of the Luv Me More Organization, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating networks of support and empowering women. A mom of four, business consultant, business coach, and podcaster, Melissa has spent over a decade guiding women to rediscover themselves and pursue their God-given potential.
She launched Luv Me More in 2017 in New Jersey with a simple yet powerful vision: create a safe space where women can heal, reclaim their identity, and love themselves more fully. Now that vision has expanded into Luv Me More Havens: safe spaces specifically designed to support women and girls escaping unsafe or challenging living situations.
Melissa’s leadership blends compassion, purpose, and practical expertise, making her a driving force in creating programs and communities that inspire transformation, self-discovery, and lasting impact.
Brittany Bullock
Luv Me More - MN
Brittany is the founder of Postpartum Deliverance, a faith-based ministry and wellness organization dedicated to supporting mothers through the transformative postpartum journey. Based in Maple Grove, Minnesota, she serves women through Holy Spirit-led devotionals, small groups, emotional wellness coaching, and postpartum doula care, meeting each mother with compassion, grace, and individualized support.
As a passionate advocate for maternal wellness, Brittany authored a 90-page guided devotional journal designed to help mothers navigate the emotional and spiritual challenges of postpartum with faith and hope. She is committed to expanding Postpartum Deliverance into a nonprofit organization that provides meaningful resources and community for mothers. Brittany brings a heart for service, encouragement, and restoration to the Luv Me More Board of Directors, helping advance its mission of empowering women through support, connection, and lasting impact.
D'Shonte Carter
Luv Me More - MN
D'Shonte Carter is a music educator, youth development leader, cultural arts practitioner, and the Founder & Executive Director of All City Music (ACM), a Minneapolis-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering young people through music, leadership, mentorship, and cultural connection. A graduate of Virginia State University, she earned her Bachelor of Music in Music Education with a concentration in Percussion and has devoted her career to creating transformative opportunities for youth through the marching arts.
Under D'Shonte's leadership, All City Music provides innovative programs that cultivate musicianship, confidence, teamwork, leadership, and cultural pride while expanding equitable access to arts education through school partnerships and community collaborations. She believes the arts are a powerful catalyst for identity, opportunity, and lifelong transformation. As a member of the Luv Me More Board of Directors, D'Shonte brings visionary leadership, a passion for community empowerment, and a deep commitment to helping individuals and families thrive.
Lee Cuellar
Luv Me More - MN
Lee Cuellar is passionate about helping others discover freedom, purpose, and confidence in who they are. She is the founder of Daughters of the King and Beauty and Grace, two communities that encourage women to embrace wholeness, identity, and personal growth. With over eight years of leadership and mentoring experience, Lee has guided individuals through seasons of healing and transformation with empathy and grace.
Professionally, she has served nearly two decades in the judicial system, including roles with the Utah State Courts and the Minnesota Judicial Branch. Her career reflects her strong commitment to excellence, integrity, and justice—values that extend into every area of her life. Lee also brings a creative edge from her years as a professional photographer and holds certification in Basic Mediation, equipping her to foster understanding and connection among others.
As a member of the Board of Directors, Lee’s blend of professional experience, leadership, and compassion make her a valuable asset to Luv Me More’s mission of empowering women to live whole and purpose-filled lives.
