Melissa Baez
Founder & CEO
Melissa Baez is the Founder and CEO of the Luv Me More Organization, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating networks of support and empowering women. A mom of four, business consultant, business coach, and podcaster, Melissa has spent over a decade guiding women to rediscover themselves and pursue their God-given potential.
She launched Luv Me More in 2017 in New Jersey with a simple yet powerful vision: create a safe space where women can heal, reclaim their identity, and love themselves more fully. Now that vision has expanded into Luv Me More Havens: safe spaces specifically designed to support women and girls escaping unsafe or challenging living situations.
Melissa’s leadership blends compassion, purpose, and practical expertise, making her a driving force in creating programs and communities that inspire transformation, self-discovery, and lasting impact.
Krystel Lewis
Luv Me More - MN
Krystél Lewis is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Integrative Wellness & Life Coach with over 12 years of experience in the health and wellness field. As the founder of Prosper Life Wellness LLC, she has dedicated her work to helping individuals achieve wholeness: mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Krystél brings more than two decades of faith-based counseling experience, which shapes her compassionate leadership and her ability to guide others toward transformation. Her work has centered around teaching, mentoring, and equipping people with the tools needed for sustainable growth and healing.
As a member of the Board of Directors, Krystél offers both wisdom and practical insight into holistic living, personal development, and community wellness. Her unique blend of professional expertise and faith-driven purpose makes her a valuable voice in advancing Luv Me More’s vision to empower women and inspire wholeness from the inside out.
Lee Cuellar
Luv Me More - MN
Lee Cuellar is passionate about helping others discover freedom, purpose, and confidence in who they are. She is the founder of Daughters of the King and Beauty and Grace, two communities that encourage women to embrace wholeness, identity, and personal growth. With over eight years of leadership and mentoring experience, Lee has guided individuals through seasons of healing and transformation with empathy and grace.
Professionally, she has served nearly two decades in the judicial system, including roles with the Utah State Courts and the Minnesota Judicial Branch. Her career reflects her strong commitment to excellence, integrity, and justice—values that extend into every area of her life. Lee also brings a creative edge from her years as a professional photographer and holds certification in Basic Mediation, equipping her to foster understanding and connection among others.
As a member of the Board of Directors, Lee’s blend of professional experience, leadership, and compassion make her a valuable asset to Luv Me More’s mission of empowering women to live whole and purpose-filled lives.
Vernee Jackson
Luv Me More - MN
Vernee Jackson brings over 18 years of experience in early childhood care and development, serving children from infancy through school age across diverse educational settings. Her work combines hands-on teaching with expertise in administration, technology, and community engagement, creating a people-focused approach to learning.
Originally from New Jersey, Vernee has led children’s and youth programs that emphasize character growth, life skills, and academic development. She has also supported adult learners and developed workshops on cyber safety, bullying prevention, and online harassment. Through her nonprofit initiatives, including Act Out with Miss Jackson and Think Big with Miss Jackson, she empowers educators and families to create nurturing, high-impact learning environments.
Currently pursuing a master’s degree in education, Vernee focuses on programs that equip educators to deliver excellence and help children reach their full potential. Her extensive experience in education, program development, and community leadership makes her an ideal member of the Luv Me More Board of Directors, contributing insight, strategic guidance, and a commitment to fostering growth and empowerment for women, girls, and families.
